How do I arrange the video call to get the DAS pass for my daughter and our family fit our trip next month to all the Disney parks? Thanks

    Hello Elliott,

It's so wonderful to welcome you back to planDisney once again.  I think I speak for all my fellow Panelists when I say, we truly love it when Guests return time, and time again to ask us such amazing questions about their upcoming trips to the most magical place on earth.

Elliott, I'm more than happy to share with you, that over the years when I've visited Walt Disney World Resort with family members who have had both visible, and non-visible disabilities, my own experience of Cast Members is that they have been so understanding, and fully inclusive of the needs of each and every Mouseketeer who visits with Mickey, Minnie, and all their Disney pals.  Therefore, it's my sincere hope that you and your lovely family will find my personal knowledge a little reassuring for your upcoming March holiday.

Even though at present, the Walt Disney Travel Company doesn't provide the facility for UK-based Guests (like you and me) to pre-register for the Disability Access Service (DAS) via live video chat.  You will discover that your dear family will be more than welcome to register for DAS once you've arrived at Walt Disney World Resort.

It's straightforward to register for the Disability Access Service (DAS) for your darling daughter upon entering your very 1st Disney Theme Park.  Simply stop by Guest Relations where you'll be able to fully discuss with Cast Members your daughter's particular needs concerning the Disability Access Service (DAS).

If appropriate for your daughter's own needs, Guest Relations Cast Members will be able to register her for the Disability Access Service (DAS), plus I'm sure you'll also be pleased to hear, that any DAS which may be issued, will last for up to a whole 60-days!

With so much to do in Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, I just know that your upcoming holiday next month is going to be practically perfect in every way for your whole family!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
