It looks like your sailing is coming up in just a couple of months. How exciting! A character call is such a fun way to announce your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation to your granddaughters, Dee Dee. I’m sure they will absolutely love it!
To answer your question,
setting up a Complimentary Character Call can be done in just a few easy steps on the
Disney Cruise Line website. From the welcome page, navigate to the “Already Booked” tab and click on “My Reservations.” If you’re not already logged in, you may be prompted to do so at this time. From here, select the “My Plans” tab and scroll to the bottom of the page. You’ll see a box with a photo of Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse with a blue button marked “Request a Call.” Go ahead and click on that.
Next, you can select which character you’d like to call: Mickey Mouse, Goofy, or both Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse. You’ll then enter your email address and the phone number you’d like the call to come to. After that, you’ll be prompted to enter your sailing details, including the ship you’re sailing on, your destination, and your departure date. Once that’s complete, you’ll be asked when you’d like your granddaughters to receive the call. You’ll enter the time zone and the specific date and time. You’ll then receive a confirmation email with the details of the call. And that’s it. It’s that easy! If you need to reschedule the call for any reason, there will be a link in the email where you can do that.
I can only imagine the level of excitement that will be in the room when they receive the call. These are core memories in the making!
