Hi Lynne!
Welcome to planDisney! The Walt Disney World Resort welcomes guests of all ages and stages to enter and experience the magic and wonderment of the parks and resorts. The parks and resorts are consistently improving their options for
Guests with Disabilities, including room and theme park accommodations. Guests who require assistance to enjoy the parks are able to enroll in the Disability Access Service, or DAS. The DAS program was implemented in order to enable guests to experience the attractions and entertainment at the
Walt Disney World Resort outside of the traditional queue.
Lynne, as I'm sure you know, the DAS system began to offer pre-registration for Guests planning an upcoming trip to Walt Disney World. After speaking at length with a Cast Member, Guests from outside the United States and Canada are unable to engage in the live video chat for DAS registration. You will need to speak with the Cast Members at Guest Relations at any of the
four theme parks when you arrive in order to register for the DAS. They will then be able to help you create your DAS attraction reservations, and walk you through the process.
Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!
Malanie
