How do i arrange an appointment to speak to someone about Disability Access Services?

    Welcome to planDisney, Elizabeth!

There's a whole new world to see and experience during The Word's Most Magical Celebration. In all my years of visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth, I've never seen Cinderalla Castle looking so majestic. With its EARidescent makeover, it's the perfect backdrop for those memorable photos!

One of the many accommodations for Guests with disabilities is the complimentary Disability Access Service (DAS). As a UK-based Guest, I'm afraid that you can't currently register for DAS until you arrive in the States. However, you'll be pleased to know that it's super-duper simple to register for DAS once you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort. Once you enter your first theme park, just stop by Guest Relations. You'll find a helpful Cast Member who'll be able to talk through your particular needs and, if appropriate, be able to complete the registration process for you. You'll then have DAS for the next 60 days. Hakuna Matata!

If you visit EPCOT, make sure you also take a scurry through Gusteau’s famous Paris restaurant in Remy's Ratatouille Adventure. C'est magnifique!

Have a fantastic holiday, Elizabeth. May all your wishes come true.
