    Arr mid-Sept w DH & DD age 5, can't decide bet GF or WL. Have stayed at GF before, very convenient but $$. MK is main destination for us. Due to weather,if stay at WL will we be forced to use bus more often than boat? From WL is boat or bus faster to M

    Hi Laurie - the Wilderness Lodge is definitely convenient to the Magic Kingdom, and it is more cost-effective than the monorail resorts.  I definitely think the boat is faster, although it does sometimes stop running due to weather (especially during thunderstorms).  It's hard to predict if the boat won't run during your trip though.

    If you've never been to the Wilderness Lodge, I'd suggest you try it and see how you like it.  You'll also save some money that you can use on your vacation!
