Joyce, it is possible to enjoy a WDW trip in the heat of June. I've done it and I'm not a big fan of hot, humid days.

June 3 - arrival day. Relax at resort, then visit Downtown Disney in the evening.
    June 4 - Hollywood Studios
June 5 - Magic Kingdom. Open til 2:00 a.m. for Extra Magic Hours for resort guests!
June 6 - Take a break and visit a water park! Epcot or Hollywood Studios are also good choices.
    June 7 - Animal Kingdom
    June 8 - Epcot
    June 9 - Magic Kingdom
June 10 - departure day. Have a wonderful breakfast. We like Boma in the Animal Kingdom Lodge!

It will not be terribly crowded yet as many schools throughout the Northeast are still in session. For a summer visit, early June and late August are your best choices to avoid high crowd levels.

It will be hot morning, noon and night. However, you can pace yourselves by touring in the cooler morning sun, taking a break back at your hotel in the hottest part of the day, then returning to the parks before or after dinner. I used a portable misting fan to cool off when the heat seemed unbearable. Use indoor shops and shows to cool off in the air-conditioning. Drink lots of water.

For meals, I would recommend Le Cellier in Epcot, Narcoossee's at the Grand Floridian, Raglan Road at Downtown Disney and Via Napoli in Epcot.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more info!
