Bonjour Marie-Eve,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question, my fellow Quebecker!
The answer to your question depends on whether or not you’re planning to stay at a Disney Resort Hotel during your visit to Walt Disney World Resort during the Holiday season. Although this is a very busy time of year and closures can therefore happen at any time, if you’re staying “on property” you’ll
likely be allowed to enter
Magic Kingdom Park, even if other Guests (staying off property and who only have a One Day
Theme Park Ticket, for example) aren’t allowed in anymore for capacity and safety reasons. This is one of the many reasons why it’s so important to stay in a
Disney Resort Hotel, especially during busier times of the year. Of course, capacity closures can happen at any time, and under any conditions, so if you have any concerns about whether you'll be able to return to a Theme Park during your visit, please visit
Guest Relations at the Theme Park you'll be visiting or your Disney Resort Hotel's
Lobby Concierge for more information.
I actually think that it would be a really great idea to leave Magic Kingdom Park and attend
Disney’s Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show or to have a truly indulgent dinner at my favourite Disney dining location,
California Grill at
Disney’s Contemporary Resort. If I had to choose between those two options, I’d definitely pick California Grill. Not only is the food outstanding, but you’ll have a wonderful view of that night’s fireworks display at Magic Kingdom Park… without being surrounded by the crowds watching the show in the Park itself.
I hope my answer helps you plan a wonderful visit to
Walt Disney World Resort during the Holidays. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions. Et n’oubliez pas que vous pouvez également
me poser des questions en français, si vous le souhaitez!
Have a Magical Day,
Lynne
