Around about what date will visitors get to enjoy the park?

    Jambo Erica!

Welcome to planDisney! “Asante Sana” (thank you) for sending us an excellent question about wanting to plan an upcoming vacation at Disneyland Resort. I had to fight the urge to add “squash banana” like Rafiki does!

Haven’t you asked the million dollar question? I truly wish I knew the answer to this one because then I would go ahead and make all the travel plans! But for now, all we know is that Disneyland Resort is currently open to Guests from the state of California. But “Hakuna Matata!” (No worries!) I am convinced that we will soon be hEARing a great update about Disneyland being able to welcome out-of-state Guests. And then it will feel like when Simba was presented to the whole Animal Kingdom in The Lion King!

Don’t get caught in a stampede of wildebeests when the news is announced that Disneyland is ready for out-of-state residents. “Be Prepared” by knowing all the steps to booking your vacation. First, you’ll check the Availability Calendar to see what days Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park have available reservations. Then you should grab your tickets and book those Theme Park Reservations. Since you will be coming from Pennsylvania, you’ll also need to line up your Disneyland Resort stay, so make sure to check availability and rates for your desired dates. It makes sense to land on dates where you can get everything you want, and then make your Disneyland Resort hotel reservations. Or your best bet is to talk to a Disneyland Vacation Planning Specialist and they can walk you through the steps.

Keep checking the Disneyland Experience Updates and the Disney Parks Blog to stay in the know about all the breaking Disneyland news. Erica, I know you will feel a swell of PRIDE and happiness once you can visit the Happiest Place on Earth!
