    Since the Armed Forces Salute has been renewed for 2014, any word on the official blackout dates? We're planning to head out to DW in Dec 2013 an we've heard several different blackout dates for that timeframe. THANKS!!!

    Hi Connie!

    According to the official Disney Military promotion information, the blockout dates are as follows:

    December 20, 2013-December 31, 2013

    April 13, 2014-April 20, 2014

    July 4, 2014 (Magic Kingdom only)

    These dates are the highest attendance times of the year, so if you're looking to avoid crowds, I would avoid these times as well.
