    Ari--You've been so helpful so far! Another quick question. Are their mini-fridges and/or microwaves in the rooms at the DLH? I don't the amenities on the website. Coffee pots? Is there someplace within walking distance we can buy groceries for our room?

    It is so much fun to assist you in planning what I know will be an awesome vacation. Having just returned from three fabulous nights at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and Spa I can tell you that you are going to love this place. The views are amazing, the access to the parks could not be any easier and the cast members are so helpful. There are mini fridges and small coffee pots in each room. I am not sure how many groceries you will be able to fit in the fridge as it is about 2x2. As for close grocery stores, there are a few. There is a Food for Less close by as well as a Target off of Harbor Boulevard and several 7-11's. I would  check to see which of the closest food chains have a delivery option. I know of several friends who have actually had grocery stores deliver food to their rooms in the past. Totally an option worth exploring. Speaking of exploring, there is so much to see and do at the parks now. Here is a link to a video on all of the coolest happenings at the Disneyland Resort. You might even recognize the person in the video as the same person gladly answering Disneyland questions to make these vacations with your loved ones the best and most memorable.
