Now that Ariel's grotto is closed is there anywhere that my daughter can meet Ariel in fins? We saw her last year at storybook dining in EPCOT, but she was wearing a dress, this year she really wants to see her with fins. Thanks for all your great tips!

Hi, Stefanie! I'm a big fan of Ariel too. Yeah, I said it.

Until Ariel gets her permanent, more aquatic-friendly digs set up in Fantasyland, she's taking names (or rather, singing autographs) at the Adventureland Veranda. She's donned her dress for that experience too.

So, here's what I say: take the party to her. Have your daughter dress up in fins and make Ariel envious of her mermaid potential. I don't think Ariel will spontaneously transform, but it might help her put some pressure on the foreman in Fantasyland to finish up the construction.
