Hi there, Patricio!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your Disney Cruise Line vacation is coming up so soon! I am sure you are eagerly anticipating your adventure on the high seas with Captain Mickey and you have every reason to! A Disney Cruise Line vacation is fun, exciting, magical, memorable, relaxing and full of adventure! I am so excited for you and your family!
Thank you for sailing by with your question about necessary immunizations for a Disney Cruise Line vacation. Currently, Disney Cruise Line does not have mandatory vaccination requirements for any of their current voyages. It is recommended that Guests plan accordingly when disembarking the ships and utilize the bug repellant and sunscreen available when you disembark if you did not bring your own, but that is just for your own protection!
In the event anyone from your travel party does get sick or injured while onboard or at port, each Disney Cruise Line ship has an onboard
Health Care Center. In addition to being seen by a doctor or nurse, you can also purchase many over the counter medications that you may need – either there or in the
onboard shops. Additionally, Disney Cruise Line goes the extra step in reducing germs being spread by requesting that Guests wash their hands before entering the main dining rooms or
Cabanas buffet restaurant – either with a handwashing station or sanitizing hand wipes that are provided as you enter.
As you continue planning and readying yourself for your adventure at sea, please come back with any other questions you may have!
Wishing you a magical and memorable adventure, Patricio!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
