    If we aren’t staying at a resort but need to rent evc mobility scooter from outside vendor, where can the vendor meet us to drop off our scooters?

    Hi Melissa, and welcome to planDisney!

    Whether you are staying on or off property, you will be experiencing the magic and creating memories at Walt Disney World Resort, and that is what matters. 

    If you need the assistance of an ECV, Disney has you covered. You can rent an ECV from Walt Disney World theme parks, water parks, and Disney Springs. I have had experience with renting within the theme parks, and the process to complete the process is seamless, though you can only use those while you are visiting that theme park.

    Companies such as ScooterBug will deliver the ECV to you. Did you know that Scooterbug delivers to various hotels and resorts in the area? I have used them before, and they delivered my chair before I arrived and picked it up after we left (which made it convenient for me). Unfortunately, ScooterBug will not be able to deliver an ECV directly to the theme parks; however, you can reserve it for pick up at the Disney Springs Sundries at Disney Springs. The operating hours are from 10 AM to 10 PM, so be sure to keep that in mind when you make your reservation.
