    If you aren’t staying at a Disney World Resort Hotel,can you be dropped off at one to ride the monorail into the Magic Kingdom?

    Hi Jaquelyn! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I am thrilled that you get to visit Magic Kingdom Park so soon! I have seen many pictures of friends enjoying the Walt Disney World Resort this week and I must admit that I am a bit jealous. The Christmas decorations and events are my favorite!

    If you plan on dining at one of the Disney Resort hotels on the monorail loop prior to heading to Magic Kingdom Park, being dropped off at one of them is a great idea! If you are going to head straight to Magic Kingdom Park, I actually recommend being dropped off at the Transportation and Ticket Center instead. From there, you can hop on the monorail or ferryboat to get to Magic Kingdom Park. I spoke with a Cast Member about this recently and was told that there is a designated area for passenger drop-off at the Transportation and Ticket Center and there should be signs that direct you to this area. You will be on your way to exploring all that "The Most Magical Place on Earth" has to offer in no time at all! Yay!
