Aren't you allowed into the park 30 minutes before opening if you have a dining reservation?

Greetings, and a warm welcome back to planDisney Michelle!

Thank you so kindly for your loyalty in consulting planDisney for your Walt Disney World Resort vacations, Michelle and it would be my honor to be of further assistance.

My experience with Walt Disney World Resort in-park dining reservations that were early morning, and before the theme park's opening, was that I was allowed entry approximately 30 minutes before the park opening (subject to change). Upon your arrival, I advise you to check for turnstiles that are specially marked for early dining reservations and/or Cast Members who hold up signs for reservation check-in.

Early Disney dining reservations are a great way to capture some unique photos with fewer people if any in the background and depending on where you are dining, you may even be able to enjoy a jump on nearby attractions.

Please note, that with any Disney dining reservation for a venue located in a theme park, you will need a Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservation, as well as a Theme Park Reservation for each day of your valid theme park admission.

    Tip:
For any Disney Dining reservations that you were not able to secure, you may be able to join a walk-up waitlist with Mobile Dine Walk-Up Availability at participating restaurants using the My Disney Experience Mobile App.

Michelle, it was my pleasure assisting you today. We look forward to assisting you again soon, thank you so much!
