We ar planning a Disney trip for this fall, and I have twin toddlers that will be 22 months old by then. Do they eat for free? My husband and I are getting the meal plan, can we get one for them even though we don't have to buy park tickets for them?

    Hi Michele!

Toddlers or any child under 3 aren't charged under the Dining Plan. They normally eat off whatever the parent or adult is ordering. I have a toddler son (no twins-smile), so my wife and I always try to make sure we get something on one of our plates he would enjoy eating. In some cases, the restaurant did give us a side dish without charging (like a small plate of fries), but this was totally at their discretion and I can't guarantee this happens 100% of the time. In the rare cases nothing worked on our plate, we'd pay for a little something for him outside the Dining Plan.

As for purchasing one for them anyway, you'd have to check with the Booking Agents and ask. Since they eat so little, it may not justify the extra cost even if they allow this...

Have a wonderful trip with your 2 little miracles!
