Hello again, Raymond! Thank you for continuing to cruise to us at planDisney. It's a pleasure to help you as you prepare for a cruise on the magnificent
Disney Wish!
I'm setting sail on the Disney Wish in the near future and one of the first things I'll be hoping to do is to take a thrilling ride on the
AquaMouse. It's a first-of-its-kind Disney attraction at sea and I can't wait to plunge into the adventure that awaits. I'm happy to share that the AquaMouse is ADA Accessible. Each raft holds two people and the minimum height requirement is 42 inches. Single riders must be 48 inches tall.
When the guest in your party requiring a wheelchair transfer is ready to ride, please inform the greeter at the entrance of the attraction. Guests that need a transfer will do so at the unloading area. Then sit back and get ready for an immersive adventure with Mickey and Friends. Did you know that there will be two adventures to experience? Come back for a second ride so you can see both "Swiss Meltdown" and "Scuba Scramble"!
Raymond, I'd recommend filling out a
Special Services form at least 60 days before your sailing to indicate to Disney Cruise Line any mobility requests that you may have. You may also call Disney Cruise Line Special Services with any questions you might have that relate to the needs of your travel party. They can be reached by phone at (407) 566-3602 or via email at SpecialServices@disneycruise.com. This link also includes some
helpful information for guests using wheelchairs.
Have an incredible adventure at sea! Thanks again for reaching out to us. My pals and I are always happy to help.
