Hi. In April we're visiting Disney Florida with our 10 month old daughter. Will there be any rides we can go on with her whether she is in her own seat or we are holding her? Thanks

    Hello Angela,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Our son’s first visit to the Walt Disney World Resort took place when he was almost 6 months old. I think it was one of my favourite visits. Babies are fascinated by their surroundings, and there is PLENTY to fascinate them at the Disney Parks!!

The good news is that, if a given attraction in one of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks or Water Parks doesn’t have a height requirement, your little one will be able to experience the attraction with you holding her.

Some of our son’s favourite Magic Kingdom attractions when he was an infant were “it’s a small world” (my apologies for getting that song stuck in your head!), Peter Pan’s Flight and The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. He also loved Spaceship Earth, Living with the Land, and The Seas with Nemo & Friends at Epcot, as well as Kilmanjaro Safaris and Finding Nemo: The Musical at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

Have a wonderful time making memories with your daughter this April! Please don’t hesitate to come back and visit us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne

Hi, I’m Lynne from Montreal, Quebec, Canada! I’m a working mom who enjoys snuggles with my son and my husband, who has been my sweetheart since 1997. We’ve been lucky enough to experience several milestones in Walt Disney World, including our wedding and honeymoon in 2009. As Disney Vacation Club members, we often plan trips for large, and sometimes even multi-generational, groups to come and enjoy the fun with us. Learn More About Lynne
