Hello, Sarah, and welcome back to planDisney! We always love when you stop by.
I'm thrilled you have an upcoming adventure on the Disney Magic! My 8- and 10-year-old boys embarked on their very first Disney Cruise last April on the Disney Magic and, let me tell you, it was beyond their wildest dreams. Your family is in for a real treat, and I'm not just talking about the never-ending soft serve ice cream on the pool deck. (But that too.)
One of our Disney Cruise highlights is the rotational dining. Guests have the opportunity to dine at three different magically themed restaurants onboard, and, depending on the length of the sailing, sometimes more than once, as you're referring to, Sarah. On the
Disney Magic the three restaurants are Rapunzel's Royal Table, Lumiere's, and, your son's favorite, Animator's Palate. Our family loved them all, but I can see why your son has his eye on Animator's Palate. It's colorful, fun, and kept our family entertained as we tried to guess the Disney characters appearing on the walls.
To request Animator's Palate twice, I suggest you
email Disney Cruise Line directly via their website,
give them a call, or ask your travel agent to add a note to your reservation. While requests aren’t guaranteed, the crew does their best to accommodate them. Be sure to check the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once onboard to confirm your dining schedule.
I hope that this information has been helpful to you, Sarah, but more than that, I truly hope you and your family have the most magical voyage. If you have any other questions that come up in your planning, please
stop by again! Always happy to chat with you about Disney!
Magic awaits,
McCayla
