In April I made reservations for lunch at Cinderella's RT for our trip in Oct. My credit card was charged with the cost. Now, I am now booking our trip and will include a Meal Plan. How do I use the credits for the Meal Plan instead and get reimbursed?

    Hi Sara!

Once you've confirmed your new Walt Disney World Magic Your Way Vacation Package booking, including your Disney Dining Plan, you'll need to make a simple call in to Disney Dining Reservations.

Call 407-WDW-DINE and have your previously reserved Dining Reservation confirmation number for Cinderella's Royal Table handy at the time of your call. Explain to the Cast Member that you have a previous reservation which was charged to your credit card, but that you've now decided on the Disney Dining Plan for your upcoming vacation. The Cast Member will help you to have the credit card properly refunded without losing your booking, and then associate your 2012 Disney Dining Plan with the reservation instead.

You'll be all fixed up in no time. You're going to love using the Disney Dining Plan on your next trip to Walt Disney World. I've used it for my family for many years and can't imagine going without it! If you have any further questions about using your Disney Dining Plan, or would like Dining Recommendations, please feel free to write me back again any time. I'd be happy to assist you in any way that I can.

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your great question. I hope you'll have a regal evening at Cinderella's Royal Table. Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World Sara!
