Brooke from UT Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

When I was there in April, the Epcot pavilions were still either partially closed or totally closed (i.e- Canada). Have they reopened again or is there a date for when they will be fully open? When can we get into Mexico without standing in line?

Welcome back, Brooke! It’s great to see you hEAR again at planDisney with another question.

Brooke, no matter how many times I stroll through World Showcase, I never tire of the cultural adventures and the ambience of EPCOT. The France pavilion at night with the lights on and the music playing might be my favorite spot to sit in all of Walt Disney World. Now, let’s talk about the current offerings around World Showcase.

When I was at EPCOT just a few days ago, the queue line to gain entry to the Mexico pavilion was gone and guests were able to freely enter. While some of the offerings across the World Showcase lagoon in Canada remain closed, Canada Far and Wide (the Circle-Vision 360 film) is playing. We don’t yet have a date on when other pavilions and experiences might reopen, but I encourage you to keep a close watch on the Disney Parks Blog as Magical announcements (such as re-openings) will be posted there first.

Brooke, did you see that fireworks will once again be lighting up the skies above EPCOT (and Magic Kingdom Park) in July? This return just might bring a tear to my eye and if you're visiting in July, I hope you'll be able to enjoy one of these nighttime spectaculars.

Brooke, I'm sorry I don't have more definitive information, but I hope this helps as you're planning ahead. Best wishes for a visit full of unforgettable moments. If you have additional questions, please come on back to planDisney.
