Hi Susan!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for stopping by with such a great question.
I’ve always dreamed of staying at
Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. Each time I enter the grand lobby, it seems to take my breath away. The stone hearth and roaring fireplace is a beautiful place to sit by and unwind. This Resort hotel is also home to one of my favorite dining locations on Disney property,
Whispering Canyon Café. This is an Old West-themed eatery where you can enjoy all-you-care-to-enjoy skillet dining. You may even find that your waiter or waitress will give you a good laugh as they horse around with you! Dining Reservations are highly recommended and can be made starting 180 days prior to check-in.
If you are staying at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, Standard overnight self-parking is available to registered Guests. The
parking fee includes tax and will be charged to your hotel folio upon check-out. You can come and go as you please but will only be charged for each night of your stay. If you are staying at the Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort, each campsite provides parking space for one vehicle, and standard parking is complimentary.
Don’t forget to take advantage of Online Check-In. If you participate in Online Check-In, you may be able to skip the front desk and head right to your room. You can check for room updates in your My Disney Experience mobile app.
I hope that you have a magical time!
