Hello Susan,
Thanks for bringing your question to us at
planDisney. Visiting with tickets that were paid for over 10 years ago is the start of a budget friendly trip. 10 day hopper passes and 10 day waterpark passes mean you have a busy itinerary ahead of you. You absolutely should be able to view these tickets in your
My Disney Experience account, if for some reason they aren’t there, you can link them online if you have the physical tickets. If these were purchased and used you will not be able to give them to your children. If they are unused you should be able to gift them to your kids. If you have any issues linking them or further questions about these tickets, you can email ticket.usage@disneyworld.com and someone will respond. If you would rather speak with someone, you can always
call for assistance by phone.
If you decide to wait until you arrive, there are a couple of options where cast members will be able to help. You can always visit guest services at each park. Where you can visit the Disney Ticket Center at
Disney Springs. Here you will find Cast Members just like at the parks who will be happy to help.
Hopefully this information helps you get those tickets linked. Visit us again if you have any other planning questions.
Have a magical stay,
Jeremy A.
