I’m glad you’ve already heard about how
Disability Access Service (DAS) can help everyone in your group have the best experience possible in the theme parks. As you mentioned, the new DAS Advance planning option allows qualified Guests to book up to two one-hour return windows for select
attractions. It’s a great choice to have in addition to the regular benefits of DAS, which will enable you to make attraction return time selections once you're in the theme parks.
I’m so sorry you were disconnected during your pre-registration video chat. If you're already fully registered for DAS and simply need to plan your two pre-selected experiences, you can chat with a Cast Member via the link on the
DAS Advance page of
disneyland.com. Before you initiate the live chat, log in and ensure that every member of your party has valid park admission and a valid theme park reservation for the day of your visit. Scroll down to the section that reads “Ready to Chat with a Cast Member?” and click the “Request Live Chat” button between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
