    I am approaching the date I have to pay in full for my package. My friend is now getting iffy about going. If I do go ahead and PIF (i was paying it all anyway) how hard would it be to change names for her spot? Or go solo. I am lead on reservation.

    Hi Cameron! I certainly hope your friend does not change their mind about going to Walt Disney World as it would be their loss of having one of the most magical vacations ever!

    You are allowed to change the names and alter the names as much as you need as long as one name on the initial reservation remains the same.  Pricing might be altered if you add more adults.  Since you are the lead name you are fine to change and add or delete up to the time of check-in. I am sure someone will want to jump at the opportunity to come with you to this vast vacation haven of the world but if not you can still enjoy the magic by yourself!
