Hi Tracy!
I'm so happy you're planning a visit to the Disneyland Resort! The
Disability Access Service (DAS) is a great way to make sure the magic of Disneyland is real for everyone in your group.
You can
pre-register for DAS Advance with a Cast Member through a live video chat! This option needs to be completed at least 2 days, but no more than 30 days, in advance of your park visit. To be ready for your live video chat, make sure that you have:
- Valid park admission and a park reservation for every member of your party.
- All park reservations and tickets linked to your Disney account.
- The person requesting DAS ready to join the video chat.
- A parent or guardian over 18 years old to register and join the chat if the Guest requesting DAS is under 18 years old.
When you're logged in and ready you can
scroll to the bottom of this page and request a live chat with a Cast Member. Live chat is available between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM Pacific Time.
The Cast Member will help you make up to 2 selections per day of your visit from the
available experiences. Once you are in the parks you'll have the opportunity to select additional return times for other attractions, so I recommend using your DAS Advance selections for your top priorities! If this will be your first visit then you might want to check out this
list of attractions and entertainment before your live chat, so you'll know what you're most interested in.
Soarin' Around the World is one of my favorites!
If you aren't able to register in advance, don't worry! DAS registration is also available at
Guest Services at City Hall in Disneyland Park or at the Chamber of Commerce at Disney California Adventure Park. Make sure the member of your party who is requesting DAS is present to register!
Tracy, your whole party is in for a magical adventure!
Please don't hesitate to ask if you have more questions.Keep moving forward!
Amanda
