With a 9:10am appointment at Disney Spring's Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, will we have enough time to get to our 11:25am appointment for lunch at Magic Kingdom's Be our Guest restaurant. And do you have any suggestions for transportation.

    Hi Patricia,

You are starting your day in style! Your appointment at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique should take 30 to 45 minutes, depending on what hairstyle and package you choose. So you should have adequate time to enjoy the pampering there before departing for your magical lunch at Be Our Guest.

Please know that there is not direct bus transportation from Disney Springs to Magic Kingdom. I have found the most direct route, with the least possibility for delay, is to catch the bus to the Contemporary resort. From the Contemporary, it's an easy 5- to 10-minute walk to the front entrance of Magic Kingdom.

I always like to allow 60 to 90 minutes for transportation to a dining reservation, especially if you need to pass through security and the entrance gates of a theme park on the way. You will have about 90 minutes between your appointment and your lunch reservation, so it should work out just fine.

If you find yourself running late or pressed for time, you also can consider taking a taxi or Uber as a faster alternative to the bus. Again, however, I recommend that you go to the Contemporary resort. Taxis drop guests destined for Magic Kingdom at the Transportation and Ticket Center. From the center, you must take a ferry or monorail to reach the Magic Kingdom entrance.

I hope that's helpful, Patricia. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, where we love sharing tips on transportation, dining and all sorts of Disney magic. Enjoy your visit!
