Hello there, Dom! A very warm welcome to
planDisney, and thank you so much for stopping by with your question. I’m so glad you’re here, and I’d be more than happy to help!
The
Walt Disney World Resort does an incredible job of making the magic accessible to everyone, and I’m so happy to hear that you’re looking into the Disability Access Service (DAS) ahead of your upcoming trip. It’s a wonderful program designed to support Guests who have difficulty waiting in traditional queues, and it can truly make a big difference in creating a more comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Now, for International Guests traveling from outside the United States, there’s one key detail you’ll want to know: at this time, DAS registration must be completed in person. That means once you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort, you’ll need to visit any
Guest Relations location to begin the process.
You’ll find Guest Relations at the entrance of all four theme parks as well as at Disney Springs. A friendly Cast Member will chat with you about your needs, explain how the program works, and if eligible, help you get everything set up right on your My Disney Experience account. It’s a simple and thoughtful process, and you’ll be ready to enjoy your day with added peace of mind.
Just a quick tip: if you're arriving early in the day, I recommend heading to Guest Relations first thing in the morning to avoid any long waits. The Cast Members are incredibly kind and helpful, and they’ll make sure you’re taken care of with the care and attention you deserve.
Dom, I hope this helps you feel a bit more prepared as you get ready for your magical holiday. If any other questions pop up along the way, please don’t hesitate to reach out again. We’re always here and so happy to help.
Warm hugs,
Ana Paula
