Hi Stefan,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for asking us a question. I was thrilled to hear that sales of
Walt Disney World Annual Passes are set to resume in a few short weeks! Although I was able to renew my pass for the past few years, my family let theirs lapse and they’ve regretted it ever since…
If I understand correctly, you have some unused
Theme Park Tickets whose value you’d like to use towards your purchase of an Annual Pass when sales resume on April 20th. While I can’t give you a definitive answer to that question at this point, what I can say is that, based on my past experience, Guests have been able to apply the value of what they paid for previously purchased Theme Park Tickets towards their new Annual Pass, but only at the time that their pass is actually purchased.
Because of this, unfortunately, I doubt that you’ll be able to apply your tickets’ value to your Annual Pass, after it has been purchased. Also, my experience has been variable when it comes to applying the cost of more than one Theme Park Ticket towards the value of an Annual Pass, so I’m not sure you’ll even be able to apply the value of all of your tickets towards your purchase later this month. That said, the only way to know for sure would be to
call Walt Disney World Resort with your ticket confirmation numbers on hand. They’ll be able to provide you with more information about your options when Annual Pass sales resume. Don’t forget that you can also
email them for more information.
Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any questions. We’re always happy to help when we can!!
Have a Magical Day,
Lynne
