    Can I apply the purchase of my Disneyland ticket to my new magic key? I have a paid in full 4 day ticket for September 2025, but want a Magic Key? Can I get a magic Key?

    Hi Zona! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for sending us your question!

    I'm happy to hear you have a vacation planned during Disneyland's 70th Anniversary Celebration! Your Theme Park Ticket can be upgraded towards the purchase of an available Magic Key Pass so long as the pass purchase price is of equal or greater value than the price paid for the original ticket. Because you have a wholly unused ticket, you must visit an on-site ticket booth to make this upgrade. It's important to know that Magic Key sales are paused from time to time, and I cannot promise a Magic Key upgrade will be available for your visit in September. I recommend checking during your visit. If you can upgrade, you must do this before the park closes on the last day you use your ticket. 

    You can keep up with the latest news about the Disneyland Resort on the Disney Parks Blog website and Disney Parks on Instagram. I also suggest downloading the Disneyland Mobile App before you arrive to have easy access to your Theme Park Ticket. If you have more planning questions, please stop by planDisney again.
