Hello Darren,
As the current
UK-based Panelist here at planDisney, it truly is my absolute pleasure and delight to welcome you here today to our pixie-dusted spot!
Darren, I'm so happy to share that
Guests with Disabilities are so well cared for when visiting Walt Disney World Resort. I feel sure that you'll discover during your upcoming June holiday that Cast Members are simply wonderful in providing a host of helpful accommodations for those Guests who live with a visible, or
hidden disability.
Guests like you and I from the United Kingdom, are able to apply to register in person for the
Disability Access Service (DAS) upon arrival at Walt Disney World Resort. Applications to register are made by stopping by any
Guest Relations location within a Disney Theme Park where you'll be able to connect with Cast Members who can discuss your own particular needs concerning the Disability Access Service (DAS).
Additionally, it might be good to know that once registered for the Disability Access Service (DAS), the registration lasts for up to 60-days and can be used by the registered Guest, and up to 5 accompanying Guests.
Darren, I sincerely hope that I've been able to fully answer your enquiry today. If you should have any further questions for me, then please do just pop back to
planDisney where I'll be happy to help you once again.
Have a great Disney day ~
Jane
