how do i apply for early check-in ?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Ronald!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by and are so excited to help you plan your upcoming trip to Disney World! Mickey and and Minnie just told me to tell you that can't wait to "See YOU REAL SOON!"

What a great question! To make your arrival as smooth and TIGGER-ific as possible, we are so glad that you want to take advantage of our Disney Online Check-In service. You can start your Disney experience the moment you arrive at the "Most MAGICAL Place on Earth," skipping the front desk and heading straight to your resort room. Here is how it works:

    1. Log into your My Disney Experience either on the Disney World Mobile app or visit the Disney World website and click the My Disney Experience link.

    2. Follow the prompts and provide details, including your contact information, arrival time, and make special requests.

    3. On the day of your arrival, you will receive updates on when your room will be ready. (I also love that Mickey Mouse will also text you as well...)

    4. Once your room is ready, your MagicBand or your My Disney Experience app can be used to unlock your door. (THIS IS SO CONVENIENT!)

This service not only saves time but also enhances your overall Disney vacation by allowing you to begin exploring the Disney Theme Parks, pools, and restaurants right away. OH, and if you arrive early at your Disney Resort and your room is not ready, just leave your luggage at Bell Services to get a head start on your incredible day!

Did you know you can complete your online check-in right now? Well, you can! If you want to wait, I would advise you to take advantage of online check-in no later than three days prior to check-in, as Cast Members start planning room locations roughly around that timeframe.

As you continue to plan for your arrival, I also highly recommend you check out the Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date information about all things Disney!

If you have other questions, please let me know! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
