Welcome to planDisney, Dermott!
I’m so glad you reached out with a question about
Disney World's
Disability Access Service (DAS). This helpful service is designed for Guests who, due to a developmental disability, may have difficulty waiting in a traditional standby line. DAS allows you to request a return time for attractions, similar to the current wait time, so you can enjoy the park in a more comfortable and flexible way.
If you’re visiting from outside the United States, there’s one important thing to note: International Guests are not able to complete the DAS registration video chat until they’ve arrived in the U.S. Once you’ve landed, you can visit the official DAS registration page and scroll down to find the button to start the process.
If you prefer speaking to someone in person, head to
Guest Relations at any of the theme parks, and a friendly Cast Member will help you get started and connect with the registration team via video chat.
I hope this helps point you in the right direction, Dermott. If you have any other questions, please stop by
planDisney again!
Enjoy making magical memories,
Candace
