How do I apply for Disabled Access

    Hello Donna!

Welcome to planDisney! Disney's Disability Access Service allows Guests to enjoy the attractions and entertainment in a means that is most comfortable for them.  As a family who has utilized DAS for our visits to the Walt Disney World Resort, we are able to experience attractions as a family. Our family member is able to ride with us while respecting their need for accommodations.

The Disability Access Service is a great program for those who have difficulty waiting in the traditional queue lines. Guests utilizing the DAS program wait the same amount of time as those in the regular queue, albeit in a different manner. Registering for the DAS can occur in one of two ways. Guests within North America are able to pre-register online via a live video chat with a Cast Member. Guests outside of North America will need to proceed to Guest Services upon their arrival at the theme parks. There, a Cast Member will be able to discuss the need for a DAS and guide you as to what may be your best option.

Donna, I truly hope you have a most magical experience during your holiday at Walt Disney World!
