How do I apply for Disability Access?

    Greetings Nicky! Welcome to planDisney!

I am so excited to hear that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort soon. The Disability Access Service (DAS) strives to accommodate all guests with disabilities.

Nicky, you can pre-register for DAS via online video chat as early as 30 days before your first park day visit and as late as 2 days before your arrival. Once you have completed your registration, a Cast Member will assist you in booking up to 2 one-hour return windows for select experiences using the new DAS Advance planning option. Remember you can make additional selections on the day of your visit. These selections will appear in your My Disney Experience Mobile app.

If you are unable to complete your registration before you arrive, you can make your DAS request in person. Cast Members are available at all theme park Guest Relations locations and Disney Springs.

I hope this helps with your planning. If you have any further questions regarding DAS feel free to reach out to Disability Services.

    See ya real soon,

I have made 30 trips and counting to the Walt Disney World Resort in all stages of life since 1972 as a small child, a young mom with a toddler and now as an empty nester. The love of vacation planning runs strong in my family. My uncle had it, I have it and with my help, you will have it too. Learn More About Andrea
