How do I apply for das pre register for my daughter please.

    Hello Friend!

    Welcome to planDisney!

The Disability Access Service (DAS) has helped so many people over the years who due to a disability have trouble waiting in a conventional queue. It is just one of the many services that Walt Disney World Resort provides to guests. DAS is currently undergoing some changes which will go into effect on May 19, 2024. I see that you are arriving one day before! This makes things a bit interesting.

Unfortunately, there is currently no way for international guests to pre-register as the process involves a video chat with a Cast Member. There are laws and rules in place that make that not available to guests outside of the United States. You will have to wait to register only after you arrive stateside. Since you are arriving on May 18, 2024, which is right before the changes you can most likely visit any Guest Relations in any of the Parks to get registered. If you wait till May 19, 2024, then you will not be able to do an in-person conversation but can just head to the online pre-registration page. This link will not work until you are here. If you have trouble connecting for whatever reason please visit Guest Relations and they can set you up with devices to get you connected to the Cast Members in the chat.

I hope this helps and if you have any questions please feel free to let us know!

    Happy Planning!

Meet the Panelist: Nimmy, New York

Hey, it's Nimmy from New York! Just like my guy Jiminy Cricket I am your wisecracking and helpful guide to making the best decisions for your Disney vacation! My husband and I work very hard to journey to our favorite place on Earth, Walt Disney World Resort, as much as we can. We have traveled as just adults, with babies, kids, teenagers, and senior citizens. We have seen so many characters, eaten at amazing places, and consumed a ton of Dole Whips. So "give a little whistle" and let me be your guide! Learn More About Nimmy
