How to apply for DAS pass

    Welcome to planDisney, Blanca!

I'm so glad that you found us here just in time to help you get your Donald Ducks in a row for your visit to The Happiest Place On Earth this weekend! I'm glad you're already aware of the Disability Access Service (DAS)- it's such a fantastic resource for guests who need a little extra support. At Disneyland Resort, everyone is welcome, and that ain't no passing craze!

DAS is designed specifically for guests who might find waiting in regular lines a bit challenging. If you think this might be the case for you, I'd recommend having an individual chat with one of the friendly Cast Members. You can even hop on a live video call to request pre-registration for the DAS as soon as 30 days before your visit, so your timing is perfect! Those Cast Members are dedicated to making sure your trip goes smoothly, just like Zazu keeping an eye on the Pride Lands!

And Emma, if you ever want to dive deeper into any concerns or questions, feel free to shoot an email over to disability.services@disneyparks.com. The team of Cast Members there are all ears and ready to assist!

I hope this is the problem-free philosophy you were looking for, Blanca! Please swing by again soon if you have any more questions! I'd love to hear about the adventures you're cooking up, and I'm always here to dish out some handy tips!
