Bonjour and Bienvenue, Wilma!
Thanks for making us at planDisney a part of your Disneyland Paris planning process. Can you believe that you are just one month away from the magic?!? Before you know it, you'll be surrounded by the magical sounds, sights, and scents of Main Street, U.S.A., so we'll get right to your question about
accessibility at Disneyland Paris!
Because Mickey is a wonderful host who wants to ensure that all of his Guests are able to have a magical time while visiting Disneyland Paris, those with an officially recognized disability are eligible to apply for a Priority Card beginning 1 month prior to their visit. Since you're within that window, Wilma, I'm happy to share that you can begin the process today! To apply for yours, you'll simply visit the webpage linked
here. You'll also want to be sure to bring an original copy of an accepted proof of disability with you on vacation so that your Priority Card can be validated upon arrival.
Since you'll be visiting from the UK, you can provide any of the following:
Disability Living Allowance
Attendance Allowance Award
Personal Independence Payment
Armed Forces Compensation Scheme
Certificate of Vision Impairment
U.K. Disabled I.D
National Disability Card
Access Card
Parking Card for Disabled People
Registration Card BD8
Adult Disability payment
Disabled Students' Allowance
Scottish Child Disability Payment
Once you've applied and presented your proof of disability, your Priority Card will give you and a select number of accompanying guests priority access (or alternative queues) for attractions, entertainment offerings, character meet and greets, and checkouts at dining and merchandise locations that will significantly reduce time spent standing and queueing. Just like magic!
I hope this clears things up, Wilma! If you have any further questions about accessibility options during your Disneyland Paris vacation, I encourage you to check out this
Accessibility Guide. You're also more than welcome to stop back by
planDisney. We're always happy to help!
Thinking Happy Thoughts,
Lizzie
