Hi Zoe! A very warm welcome to planDisney.
The Disability Access Service (DAS) intends to ensure that Guests access the most
suitable accommodations for their needs. To see if you qualify for DAS, you must participate in an online video chat upon your arrival at Walt Disney World. International Guests like us must be in the US to have this conversation.
So, once at Walt Disney World or on US soil,
speak with a Cast Member on a video chat (please know this link will not work outside the US). You can discuss your needs and requirements, and the Cast Member shall help you work through any accommodations to ensure your visit is as enjoyable as possible.
If you need help with the video chat process, visit
Guest Relations at any Theme Park or Disney Resort location. The Cast Members will help to ensure you receive the necessary support.
Rest assured that Walt Disney World works tirelessly to provide an inclusive space. For example, accessible entrances are always available for wheelchairs and scooters at attractions. Service animals are permitted throughout the resort for Guests with
visual needs, with audio description devices, Braille guidebooks, and tactile maps available at Guest Relations.
Let me know if you have any further questions, Zoe. We're here to help make your visit magical!
Louise
