Hey there, Jim! Welcome to planDisney!
The Happiest Place On Earth is all about making magical memories for everyone, and it's awesome to see you're planning ahead for a smooth and enjoyable experience!
The
Disability Access Service (DAS) is your secret weapon for an extra smooth visit. At the Disneyland Resort,
everyone is welcome, and that ain’t no passing craze!
You can r
equest a live video chat to pre-register for the DAS between 2 to 30 days before your visit, so you’re spot-on with your timing. If the video chat feature isn’t working for you, Hakuna Matata! You can always reach out to Disability Services by phone at (407) 560-2547. Or you can shoot them an email at
disability.services@disneyland.com. They're always as wise as Rafiki when it comes to lending helpful guidance.
Now, no worries if none of those options work out for you before your arrival in just a few days, Jim. You can request DAS in person at any Guest Service Desk at the Resort.
Pro tip: I find that
Chamber of Commerce on Buena Vista Street at
Disney California Adventure Park tends to have the shortest wait times!
I hope this is the problem-free philosophy you were looking for, Jim! Please
swing by again soon if you have any more questions! I’d love to hear about the adventures you're cooking up, and I'm always here to dish out
some handy tips!
You’ve got a friend in me,
Danielle
