How do you apply for DAS?

    Hello, Tom! Welcome to planDisney.

Can you believe that you will be at the Disneyland Resort in less than a month? You will be visiting during Halloween Time. Be sure to experience Haunted Mansion Holiday. It is only around for a limited time each year!

Disability Access Service (DAS) is a service available to Guests who have difficulty tolerating extended waits in a conventional queue environment due to a disability. There are two ways to register for DAS:

    1. In-person on the day of your visit at any Guest Relations location, such as City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A.
    2. Online via live video chat with a Cast Member. You can do this as early as 30 days in advance of your park visit, but no less than two days before.

If you register in person, Cast Members can help you plan your day and answer any questions. And if you are interested in experiencing attractions, they can help you with booking return windows for select experiences.

If you pre-register online, it will save you time during your park day. You will also have the opportunity to select up to 2 one-hour return windows for the select experiences available to DAS (subject to availability.) This is in addition to the normal DAS benefits of making attraction selections on the day of your visit.

Tip: Download the Disneyland Mobile App before your visit. You will use it to make return time selections, Mobile Order food and drinks, and so much more!

Tom, I hope you find this helpful. Please feel free to return with any other questions you have. We are here to help!

    Your Pal,
    Alejandra
