Howdy Roseann!
Welcome to
planDisney! With all the new features that have just begun with the
Disney Genie Service, I have some great news to share with you about the Disability Access Service! Thank you for sharing this great question with us!
Mickey and his pals have thought of everything to help almost everyone make unforgettable memories during their visit to “The Most Magical Place on Earth!” For guests who have difficulty tolerating a conventional queue environment due to a disability, the
Disability Access Service works perfectly! Since you will be visiting the
Walt Disney World Resort in just two weeks, you can still pre-register via phone interview! Go to the “
Registering for Disability Access Service” website and click on the option to “Request Live Video Chat.” If you have any trouble requesting a video chat, you will find a phone number and email in the link above. I have placed several links in the text above to learn about the Disability Access Service and pre-register. If you decide to sign-up upon arrival, go to Guest Relations at the entrance of each theme park, and a Cast Member will be able to help you with this service.
If you can pre-register via video call, the Cast Member you speak with can arrange your first two attractions for your first theme park day! If you decide to wait until your arrival, then the Cast Member will be able to arrange your first attraction return time for your first theme park day! You will find many new additions for all guests using the Disability Access Service with the Disney Genie Service. Take a moment and scan through the websites highlighted above to learn about all of these new additions!
As you continue to plan your visit to Neverland, if you have any more questions, please come back to planDisney! We are always here to help you make “Dreams Come True” on your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
See Ya Real Soon,
Tamela
