When it's time to begin the online check-in process for your cruise, you will be prompted to enter
payment information to set up your onboard account. This is when you will designate how each guest in your stateroom will settle their onboard account, and who will have charging privileges onboard the ship. Apple Pay is not an option for this setup process. You will be instructed to enter a debit or credit card number. You can also indicate if you'll be settling your onboard account with cash. Once onboard, you may use the credit card on file or pay with cash, debit card, Disney Gift Card, or American Express Travelers Cheques denominated in US dollars to settle your final onboard account. I hope this information helps you feel shipshape and ready to sail away on your upcoming adventure.
While on the ship, you can use your Key to the World Card (your stateroom key) or a
DisneyBand+ (or MagicBand+) to charge purchases to your onboard account. You can easily keep track of your purchases via the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you are on the ship. No need to carry your wallet around the ship with you. You can travel lightly from your stateroom to the activities around the ship.
During your sailing, there will be many activities to take part in and entertainment offerings to enjoy. You can keep track of all of it within the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. The Daily Activity Schedule will point your compass to what is happening throughout your cruise. If you see something listed that you don't want to miss, make sure you have app notifications enabled and click the heart icon next to those activities. The app can send a notification about 15 minutes before the activity begins. I don't want you to miss out on one bit of fun.
