Hello, Sherry,
I recently received an Apple Card credit card. So I understand at least one of the possible reasons for being on the lookout for places that accept Apple Pay. Although the Main Entrance Ticket Booths at the Disneyland Resort currently do not accept Apple Pay for purchases, there may be another way to still use Apple Pay to purchase those tickets indirectly. Many of the
merchandise locations throughout the Disneyland Resort, including all those owned and operated by Disney, accept Apple Pay. And it turns out you can purchase
Disney Gift Cards at locations such as
World of Disney. With a Disney Gift Card in hand, you can then take it to the ticket booth to use for your theme park tickets.
Another option is to use Disney Gift Cards to purchase your
theme park tickets online. That is a great choice because tickets of three or more days that are purchased before you arrive at the park include one
Magic Morning early admission entitlement.
Once you have your tickets, be sure to link them into the
Disneyland app. You can then use the eTickets in the app to gain admission to the parks. If you add
Disney MaxPass to your tickets, the Disneyland app becomes your hub for managing
Disney FASTPASS selections. Though it does not yet use Apple Pay,
Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering is another great convenience available in the Disneyland app.
I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Sherry. Please stop by again with any additional questions you may have.
