I am absolutely delighted thinking about the magic awaiting you and your family aboard your
Disney Cruise Line ship. The Royal Secretary manages the schedules for our favorite ladies with tiaras and is delighted to offer several opportunities for your princess's fairytale dreams to come true.
For time to put our pinkies in the air and savor delightful teas and treats, the
Royal Court Tea Party is in order. High tea with the princesses is available on most cruises on the Disney Dream, Fantasy, Magic and Wonder. The Disney Wish, Treasure and Destiny offer similar party experiences, but different characters host these events, like
Olaf and the
Treasure Sea-Kers.
These experiences require a fee and can be reserved
75-130 days before your cruise, depending on your
Castaway Club level or stateroom type. With your cruise close on the horizon, I would check as soon as possible whether any reservations are still available.
All the ships offer
Royal Gatherings. During these events, several princesses appear in the main atrium area of the ship. You'll need to make reservations, but there is no fee to attend. This event can be booked starting at midnight Eastern time, 30 days before your cruise. This is just a few days away for you, so mark your calendar and set an alarm!
When it's time, go to "Already Booked" and select "
Book / Manage Cruise Activities." This is sometimes offered on multiple days, so find the date you would like to attend, then follow the prompts to check availability, select a time, and enter the number of Guests attending.
You can also do this on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Log in to the app, select “My Plans” and then “Cruise Activities.”
The Royal Highnesses also make several appearances on the cruise that do not require a reservation. You can check "Character Greetings" on the app once you are on the ship and connected to its Wi-Fi.
Also, Crystal, if you haven't already, please note your special celebration so the Cast Members know your little princess has a big birthday on the cruise! You can note this under "Special Requests" on your reservation either online or on the app.
