Hiya Bryan,
Welcome back to planDisney! I hope all of
Ashley P.’s tips for Fantasmic! last year were helpful. She always has great information! When I did the
Fantasmic! Dining Package during my previous visit, I remembered to grab a soft pretzel while I waited at my seat, and I was so happy I did.
Bryan, I’m so sorry you are having difficulty getting reservations for the Fantasmic! Dining Package. Sometimes, Experiment 626 has escaped and is wreaking havoc on the site, and sometimes, it is because all of the reservations are genuinely filled up. I went ahead and checked both the website and the
My Disney Experience mobile app and found reservations for later this week, so there may be no dining packages available for Fantasmic! during your dates. Those packages tend to fill up fast, especially when the 60-day window for advanced reservations opens. In my experience, availability tends to open back up closer to the dates you plan to visit as Guests’ plans change. I highly recommend checking back a week or two before your dates to see if anything new emerges. That said, Bryan, if you are anything like me, you would prefer to double check that there isn’t a technical issue afoot. If you were using the website, I recommend checking the mobile app first. If that still isn’t showing any dates and you want additional assistance, I recommend contacting a Cast Member
over the phone (use the number at the bottom of the page) and asking them to check for the specific dates you are looking for. They could check if there is a website issue or if there are truly no spots available at this time.
I hope this was helpful, Bryan, and everything works out for you! I’m sending all the pixie dust that it does, and you will be enjoying a Fantasmic! Dining Package during your visit. Before I let you go, with a Dining Package, I recommend getting to the Amphitheatre between 30-45 minutes before showtime. This way, you can get the seat you want and have a chance to relax with that soft pretzel. Please come back and see us if you need anything else.
Happy Planning,
Ashley F
