Hi! In the app under My Tickets, I see both myself and my children’s tickets for the hopper for 5 days and MNSSHP but there are no tickets with my husbands name on them for either thing. Does that mean he doesn’t have a ticket? We have a family package

Hi Tracy! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

In no time at all you will be enjoying your Walt Disney World Resort vacation and I am thrilled for you! You are sure to have a spook-tacular trip with Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on the itinerary.

There have been some technical difficulties with the My Disney Experience mobile app recently, so first I recommend you check the computer/desktop version of your My Disney Experience account to see if your husband's tickets show up there. I have had some issues with the mobile app recently as well, but the desktop version shows that all is OK for my family! If the tickets still don't show up on your computer, you will want to call Disney directly at (407) 939-5277 and have them look up your tickets to make sure everything is in order. Since your trip is so close, make sure to do this soon so any problems can be resolved before you arrive!

I hope you have a magical vacation, Tracy! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
