    The app is telling me reservations for dining at Catal are open. When I reach the final step after entering my credit card, it tells me there is a glitch in the system. Tried several times. What can I do?

    I’m sure you’re getting excited for your trip to The Happiest Place on Earth! It sounds like you’re making some delicious dining reservations too! I’m so thrilled for you (and your tastebuds)! 

    I’ve had similar issues before on the Disneyland Resort website, and I’ll give you the troubleshooting tips I have! Sometimes I find that trying to make a payment on a different browser or a different device all together fixes the problem immediately! If that doesn’t work, you can always try using a different form of payment to see if that works! 

    If you find that you are still having technical difficulties, please feel free to reach out to the Cast Members on the Website Support team at (714) 520-6222. They may be able to help you through your glitch!
