Hi, there!
Welcome back to planDisney, Sally. We're delighted to see you again! It looks like your next visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is quickly approaching. How exciting!
With the countdown on until your arrival, I'm sure you're taking care of your vacation to-do list. I'm glad to hear you have your Disney Resort hotel reservation and Theme Park Tickets linked to your
My Disney Experience mobile app. I'm sorry you're experiencing some difficulty, though! I have a few suggestions that may help. Be sure that your app and your iPhone are updated. With updates in place, tap on the three little dots in the bottom right corner of the app, and then tap on the 'My Tickets and Passes' icon. You should see a 'Save to Wallet' button listed underneath your tickets. Tap on that button and follow the prompts to save your tickets to your Apple Wallet. If that still doesn't work, not to fret! You can try again when you reach the United States and if you're still not having any luck, you can stop by the Front Desk of your Disney Resort hotel to request complimentary Key to the World cards that will be linked to your My Disney Experience account and can be used as your physical Theme Park Tickets.
As for
Direct-to-Room Service, I recommend completing the Online Check-In Service on the Walt Disney World Resort website. The good news is that Online Check-In Service is completely optional. If you choose not to complete it, the Cast Members in the lobby entrance will be happy to assist you when you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel! Should you like to chat with a Cast Member before your arrival about Online Check-In Service,
call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservation line.
I hope this was helpful, Sally. I'm wishing you a magical stay at the Walt Disney World Resort!
Ashley
