    When on the app do I schedule activities?

    Ahoy there, Wendy!  Thank you for sailing by planDisney with your question.

    You will be able to book Port Adventures and many onboard activities during your advance booking window.  The window opens when you have paid for your cruise in full and according to your Castaway Club membership level: 
    • Concierge Guests: 130 days prior to sail date
    • Pearl Castaway Club Member: 123 days prior to sail date
    • Platinum Castaway Club Member: 120 days prior to sail date
    • Gold Castaway Club Member: 105 days prior to sail date
    • Silver Castaway Club Member: 90 days prior to sail date
    • First Time Guests: 75 days prior to sail date
    The Royal Gathering opens up for everyone 30 days prior to the sail date.  Many of these activities are popular, so if you are unable to book once your advance dining window opens, continue to check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app for availability.  You can also check on embarkation day once you board the ship.
